Our tools are made for personal and education use and not commercial use, neither financial gains.

It's extremelly against our terms of service to use our tools to commit any type of misuse and such actions are punishable with suspension of the account.

Our tools aim to make simple the way you listen to music, you can schedule all your musics during the day, specify playlists to play later and even some tools to assist you in basic tasks to save your time.

By using our tools you agree:

• You will use this for personal use and not to provide false streams.
• You will only use this on your own accounts.
• You will not use our tools to obtain any financial compensation.
• All actions that you commit using our tools are at your own risk.
• Any fail of following of the rules above will result in a permanent ban.
• You will not under any circunstance reverse engineer any of our tools.
• You are liable for any action that you do with our tool.

License Terms

Our license is only for non-commercial purposes in non-business, non commercial environment. By purchasing a license you agree that:

• You only intend to use it at home for private use.
• You only intent to use it for educational purposes to listen only with your own account.
• You will not use it for any malicious activities.
• Your will not use it for financial gains.
• You are liable for any action that you do with our tool that harms in any way a company or individual.
• We do not sell any accounts or other type of services whatsoever.
• Our Discord staff are just helped, and you should never trust anyone other than the server owner.
• You won't responsabilize AppTools for any purchase made outside of our website.
• AppTools has the right to fix a tool problem within 1 week of initial report and will provide days in return for the days that you were unable to use the tool.
• All subscriptions are non refundable unless the tool is not working completly.

Deposits & Refund Terms

By depositing funds or purchasing a tool in AppTools Website you agree that:

• All deposited money into apptools is not withdrawable due to conversion fees we have from shoppy, from BTC to usd, and directly to bank. Under any circunstance you should deposit money under apptools that what you would need for your tool. We will only restore deposits that are duplicates and are reported within the first 24h. Refunds are only possible for purchases of tools.
• All subscriptions are non refundable unless the tool is not working completly.
• AppTools has the right to fix all tools that are not lifetime licenses problems, within 1 week of initial report and will provide days in return for the days that you were unable to use the tool. If apptools fail to deliver an update within the 1 week period and grant the days back to the user, user is entitled for a refund which will equal to the days that the tool worked subtracted with the days it didnt, paying a fair value for refund of the tool.
• A lifetime license is only refundable, if it's unusable after the first 48h of purchase. We cannot guarantee lifetime tools will be working forever, and most of times are tools based on exploits, which once patched may stop working. AppTools will not provide refunds for lifetime tools unless it was 48h after purchased and the tool is unusable.

Liability Terms

By depositing money or using AppTools software you agree that:

• We do not sell any accounts or other type of services whatsoever.
• Our Discord staff is disposable, and you should never trust anyone other than the server owner.
• You won't responsabilize AppTools for any purchase made outside of our website.
• You won't responsabilize AppTools for a purchase you made from a Staff that is not sold under AppTools website.
• AppTools is only responsable for the software it sells under it's website.
• All tools are made for educational purposes, any misuse of the tool by the User is at his own risk and responsability.
